Super apartment in a nice area but the entry system that needs sorting
The room itself exceeded our expectation, being furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. The app based entry system worked ok, but like most of these (all different) systems, is something of a pain to set up for a short visit. The only thing we REALLY didn't like though was that the only way into the property we could find (and we did ask the sky receptionist) was via the underground garage down the vehicle ramp... which is unbelievable. The apartment block itself is in a pleasant and quiet area a couple of stops from the metro central hub, and the inclusive secure parking is a real bonus. There are a couple of paid for level 2 chargers in the garage too (you need to book) which we didn't need to use. One seemed to be permanently and unnecessary ICE'd by a Skoda though. Nice!
The entrance method: Although we discovered for ourselves that there is a door through from the main lift landing to the apartment area on the second floor, it cannot be opened by the app based key used elsewhere. Sky reception didn't even know that door existed! That meant to get in to our apartment we had to walk to the end of the block, open the vehicle entrance garage door, go down the ramp into the underground car park and then work our way through the security doors and lift to get into the apartment block and our room. This isn't fun when you have mobility issues.

The room was modern and well equipped though other facilities and customer service lacking.
The apartment was modern and had kitchen utilities. However, we found the floor quite dusty. There were few food outlets and supermarkets nearby.
We had issues with the electronic key on arrival. It failed to register and took greater than 10 minutes to do so. Staff approached face-to-face were helpful but less than friendly or obliging. There appears to be a great reliance on electronics operating as it should at the expense of customer service. The hotel offers no support/ suggestions as to where to purchase food. They are not supportive of local traders sjnce they refuse to promote their whereabouts at the expense of guests (as we established speaking with local traders). When it came to depositing our rubbish in assigned bins by entering a room, the bjns were overflowing with bags left by guests everywhere and foodstuffs strewn around on the floor. The guests were not the problem. They could not comply with the labelling of bins for lack of rubbish collection.
